Our owner Matt Jeffery was among the business leaders from Chattanooga's 13 largest industry sectors recently asked by EDGE Business Magazine to share predictions looking ahead into the year 2030.

“The construction business is one of the few in which price is going up, but we’re not seeing quality increase to the same degree. Construction has also been traditionally slow to integrate new technology, but I believe we’re going to start implementing more technology, especially AI, to keep up with the lack of labor and address that gap between price and quality.

You can also increase the quality by going to a modular build process, where parts are manufactured in a controlled environment. I believe we’ll be forced to implement more technology to get to where we need to be, and that building will slow if we don’t.”
