Q: What were you hoping to achieve when you contacted Chattanooga Floor Care about your project?
A: I wanted a new look that was both practical and functional. My concrete floor had oil stains from the previous owner and the concrete was very dirty and tough to keep clean.
Q: How was the installation process? How did it compare to your expectation of a project like this?
A: It was extremely fast, done in one day. The hardest part was moving everything out of the garage beforehand. The crew showed up on time and stayed until it was done. I expected 2 days at least.
Q: What is your favorite thing about your completed project?
A: It looks great, easy to clean and better than stepping on cold concrete. Everyone who has seen it comments how good it looks. Much better than old looking concrete like most garages have.
Q: What would you tell a homeowner considering a project like yours?
A: Talk to multiple companies and discuss not only price, but their process and how they do things. A lot of companies want to crank out as many projects as possible, but I was impressed with CFCs knowledge and service. The cost wasn't much higher than competitors.
