CFC's Annual In-Service Day
Several years ago we started what has now become our company’s annual in-service day - and it’s quickly become one of our favorite days of the year. As a small business many of us wear multiple hats and we often feel like our team of 20 is running full speed and on mission but in a million different directions - literally (over half of our personnel work in the field)! While keeping communication at the top of our priority list, we also saw a need for the entire team to sit down together, order in breakfast and lunch, hear a “state of the union” from Matt our CEO, hear from our insurance company how to make the best use of our insurance plans, and train on the newest safety measures, installation methods, and materials for our industry. This annual in-service day touches on each one of our company’s “Four Pillars” (see below) in one setting and sets the tone and focus for these pillars to daily be at the forefront of all we do.
The “Four Pillars” of Chattanooga Floor Care:
People
We’re not just some guy in a pickup truck. We’re a team of highly trained experts. We’re leaders in our industry. From quote to completion, we treat the customer and their property with respect, providing careful consultation through the course of the project.
Product
We are painfully selective in the choice of products we use. From flakes and epoxies to grinding and buffing equipment, we choose only the best. We put them to the test, then we test them again because better tools and raw materials mean a better result for our customers.
Process
No two projects are exactly alike. Our process of evaluating a site and creating the right solution was developed through countless hours of experience, select certification and extensive R&D, ensuring that the right solution is put in place on every project.
Communication
We believe that a successful project starts with great communication. We want our customers to be confident in the fact that they will know exactly what’s going on at all times. It’s not just about doing what we said we would do, but doing it when, why, and how we said we’d do it.
